Booking

All appointments can be booked via my online booking page. You never even have to leave the site! Upon booking it is helpful to provide a phone number and an email address to be able to send the booking confirmation and appointment reminders. If you are looking to have nail art added to your manicure, pedicure or nail enhancement, please add it at the time of booking. Services will NOT be booked outside of Studio Hours!

Emails/Voicemail’s/Text Messages

All emails, voicemail’s and text messages received will be returned or replied to DURING Studio Hours. While I am home outside those hours, I am working on other projects and jobs. Please respect these guidelines. Excessive contacting or extreme late-night text messages WILL NOT be tolerated. If you must cancel an appointment late at night please use my CONTACT page or EMAIL.

In-home Services

If you are interested in booking in-home services, please see the information HERE. All policies apply to in-home services that apply in the studio with the exception to children. Manicures and Pedicures provided in your home are welcomed to have your little ones around however services will still only be performed on children over the age of 12 and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

In-home, services are temporarily on hold at this time.

Payment

Payment options are as follows: Square – I am able to accept all major credit cards AND Debit Gift Cards– Available in any denomination, however, are NOT redeemable for products Cash– I keep a small amount on hand so please no $50s or $100s Interac E-transfer– NO LONGER ACCEPTED! NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule will be made! Cheques will not be accepted!

Gift cards and vouchers CANNOT be used to purchase larger gift cards or vouchers!

Etiquette

Please arrive on time or 5-10 mins early for your appointment. This ensures we start your services at your allotted time and don’t push them over into another service. If you believe you might be late, an email or Facebook message is always appreciated. If you are late we may need to reduce the length of your treatment.

Cancellations/Appointment changes will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance. Any No-Show or cancellation made after this time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee upon the next visit. Repeated cancellations will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking future services.

Parking

You are more than welcome to park in our driveway, that blue car you see is ours! Please ensure you are not blocking sidewalks or driveways! Street parking is also generally available out front of our house but DO NOT block bus stop!

Children – temporarily unavailable.

Children between the age of 12-16 wishing to receive treatment must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the treatment. Due to insurance and safety purposes, services will not be performed on children under the age of 12 years old.

Reminder: Due to the nature of the services I offer and my sewing studio is attached to my nail studio, children under 12 CANNOT attend your service(s). I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if children are brought to the studio during your services. Please understand that I don’t want to do this however your appointment is meant to be fully enjoyed within the time frame set at the time of booking.
